6 Step Process

With 150 years of combined building experience in the team, Renovate Me are able to stay on top of any job so you can feel secure in the knowledge that you’ve chosen wisely. Our business is a member of Certified Builders. We also really enjoy working with people who have that creative gene and are keen to try something unique.

With our strong renovation experience, we have been able to design a simple 6 step process that takes you from idea to reality. This allows you to understand the steps needed to complete your project. Our process ensures that your ideas and budget considerations meet your expectations. We will support you through the whole process, from the early concept design phase to completion.

Step 1: Initial contact

We’ll first ask you a few questions about the work you are looking for prior to setting up a meeting. That way we are up to speed when we have our site visit.

Step 2: In-home meeting

This where we’ll go in depth about the vision you have for your home. We’ll define what’s important for you and your family, plus budget, time frame and desires for your home. We will offer you honest and expert advice on how best to achieve the vision for your home.

Step 3: Design

We’ll put you in contact with the right architect or draughtsman who will bring your vision to reality. After we have confirmed the design we’ll then be able to start working on a price for you.

Step 4: Finalise paperwork

Once the contract and pricing is agreed we’ll then be able to sign off all the relevant paperwork and handover an action plan to you so you can stay up to date with the project. This will include start and finish times.

Step 5: All engines are go!

The project will then be underway and we’ll keep you informed about the progress on site so that you can rest easy and enjoy seeing your renovation come to life.

Step 6: Congratulations!

We’ll now walk you through your new renovation and make sure you’re 100% happy with it. We know you’ll be impressed! Final payment is completed and we can now raise a glass and celebrate a job well done.
