Right from contacting James at Renovate Me nothing was a problem. He was happy to give advice about what we were proposing to do and was positive about the desired outcome. Early on in our renovation a major structural problem was uncovered. James and his teams’ knowledge made this stressful development as painless as possible by finding a solution and making a plan to move through while keeping the cost and expanding time frame to a minimum.
James kept us up to date of any new developments and we talked regularly with Andy – the site foreman and main builder on our job. We have no doubt without his knowledge things could have come to a stand still.
All of the contractors and subcontractors that we dealt with through James were enthusiastic about our project and keen to go the extra mile to make sure it was of a high standard.
Our end result is a transformed kitchen/living space that exceeds our expectations.
