We used Renovate Me to renovate our 1950’s Richmond home. Our project included two new bathrooms inside, opening up bedrooms, creating a new entrance with laundry cupboard, and overhauling the old sleepout with a new bedroom, bathroom, and office.
Andy and James planned out each step of the process and each sub-contractor knew which date they were booked in from the outset. The five month project ran to time and we saved money (and stress) having Renovate Me manage the project. Throughout the renovation the communication was easy; James and Andy were available to answer questions, skillfully navigate all the building inspections and help with suggestions when we weren’t sure ourselves. Cam the foreman ran his building crew with a great team spirit, and they kept a high standard of workmanship.
The team kept the alterations in sync with the original building and repurposed materials where they could. As with all renovations, we had a few curve balls to deal with along the way, and they were managed without trouble each time. The materials were ordered at the outset, and we experienced no delays or increases in prices for any of our supplies.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience in using Renovate Me and enthusiastically recommend them for any building project.
