These apartments were challenging given the age of the building, but an amazing sight and experience for the team. The building was earthquake strengthened from the ground floor and all the internal spaces were extensively renovated.
The apartments received a very high level of finishing including 2.4m long tiles for the bathroom. The clients eye for detail and quality of finishings has produced an incredible inner-city apartment home.
