This renovation included an extension to increase the living area, and open the house up to the amazing rural views, the large garden and swimming pool. Exposed macrocarpa trusses, new barn doors and open plan living add to the country feel of this home, complete with tiled floors and large utility areas make this home very comfortable family home.
A second extension created a new media room and music room for the family.
A new Bays Joinery kitchen was installed with timber panelling matched to the living areas for consistency. A large scullery with opening doors means this family can enjoy entertaining at home with ease. A large laundry has been fitted out with joinery matching the kitchen to provide ample storage and a place for the dogs to sleep.
